Where these work, and where they don't
Keep them out of direct sun and away from heat. CloudFoam™ can shrink or warp if it is left on a hot surface, in a parked car or near a heater, or washed in hot water. Rinse in cool water and dry in the shade. Heat damage is not covered by returns.
We picked a foam soft enough to give under a heel at the end of a shift. A foam that does that also gives on a dashboard in June. Rather than sell a harder compound that would do nothing for the floor you actually stand on, we kept the soft one and tell you where not to take it.
A wrong size is not a return
Returns/replacement only for manufacturing defects, reported within 7 days of delivery. There is no change-of-mind window and no size swap, which makes the size question the one part of this order worth slowing down for.

Can I wipe them clean after a spill?
Yes. The Halo is 100% waterproof and wipes clean in seconds. Rinse with cool water and air-dry in shade. Keep it away from direct sunlight and hot surfaces, the foam is heat-sensitive.
Are they slip-resistant on hospital floors?
The outsole uses a geometric non-slip tread designed for grip on wet and smooth floors. As with any footwear, take care on very slick or freshly mopped surfaces.
