Every scan Shiprocket sends us, as it arrives. You should not need this page: we message you when the tracking number goes on the box, when the courier scans it out, if a delivery attempt fails, and when it is delivered, on WhatsApp and email both. What is here is the detail behind those four messages, and the buttons that still work while the parcel is with us.

These are the states an order passes through, in order. The two worth knowing about before they happen are packed, which is the last point at which anything can be changed, and return to origin, which is what a parcel nobody could hand over turns into.
A day or two of silence in transit is normal. Couriers scan at handover points, not continuously, so a parcel crossing the country can go quiet without anything being wrong with it.
The one to act on is a failed delivery attempt, the courier came and could not hand the parcel over. We message you when that scan reaches us, asking what you want done. Answer it even if the answer is "try tomorrow": attempts that nobody responds to end with the parcel coming back to us as a return to origin, which means freight paid twice and the pair still not with you.
If a scan looks wrong, or nothing has moved for several days, message us with the order number rather than waiting it out. We can see the same trail you can and chase the branch it is sitting in.
Ask about a parcel on WhatsAppWhile the order is still with us, up to and including packed, you can edit the delivery address or cancel outright, from the order panel above. Look it up with your order number and the mobile you used, and the buttons are there.
Once Shiprocket has collected, neither is possible. Refusing the parcel at the door is not a cancellation either: it becomes a return to origin, and it does not refund itself. Tell us instead and we will deal with it as one thing rather than two.
After delivery, the 7-day window for a manufacturing fault, damage on arrival or a wrong item runs from the delivery date. It does not cover a change of mind or a size swap, so open the box the day it lands.
